Office of Economic Development & International Trade (OEDIT) Incentive Programs & Resources

The Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade offers financial and technical assistance is support of local and regional economic activities throughout Colorado.

Colorado Creative Industries Grants and Programs
Colorado Creative Industries (CCI) is a division of the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International trade. CCI's mission is to promote, support and expand the creative industries to drive Colorado’s economy, grow jobs and enhance our quality of life.

•  Colorado Outdoor Recreation Industry Office
The Colorado Outdoor Recreation Industry Office is a division of the Colorado Office of Economic Development and Trade (OEDIT) whose mission is to inspire industries and communities to thrive in Colorado’s great outdoors.

•  Colorado Tourism Matching Grant Program
The Colorado Tourism Office’s Marketing Matching Grant Program provides funding to not-for-profit organizations in the State of Colorado for the purpose of promoting the state or a region as a tourism destination.

Colorado Office of Film, TV & Media Incentive Program
The Office of Film, Television & Media attracts and facilitates content creation in the state in order generate economic growth and job creation in all of its communities. The office administers a 20% performance-based rebate.

Commercial Historic Preservation Tax Credit
The Commercial Historic Preservation Tax Credit is for owners of designated commercial properties that do a certified rehabilitation of their property.  The program is jointly administrated by OEDIT and History Colorado.

Rural Economic Development Initiative (REDI) Grant Program
The REDI Grant Program help eligible rural communities develop plans and undertake projects to create jobs, drive capital investment, and increase wages to help grow and create resiliency and diversity in the local economy.

Colorado Small Business Development Center (COSBDC) Network
The COSBDC provides a variety of assistance to include free, confidential consulting to small business owners, as well as training programs at little or no cost at locations throughout the state. This resource is all about delivering personalized guidance to help you reach your goals, which is invaluable.

Adolph Coors Foundation
Traditional areas of support include one-on-one mentoring programs, job training and a variety of self-help initiatives.

Anschutz Family Foundation
The Anschutz Family Foundation supports Colorado non-profit organizations that assist people to help themselves while nurturing and preserving their self-respect. The Foundation encourages endeavors that strengthen families and communities and advance individuals to become productive and responsible citizens. The Foundation is also dedicated to funding efforts in rural Colorado. Pioneer Historical Society of Bent County, Museum of Friends and the Victor Lowell Thomas House Museum have previously been awarded grants.

Boettcher Foundation
Boettcher Foundation nonprofit grants focus specifically on capital campaigns. The foundation makes grants to support capital campaigns for the purchase, construction or major renovation of buildings that are owned and used by Colorado nonprofit organizations.

El Pomar Foundation
El Pomar is a general purpose foundation, which means the Trustees approve grants across a broad spectrum of focus areas, including: arts and culture, civic and community initiatives, education, health, and human services.

Gates Family Foundation
Supports Capital projects and invests in projects that support community development and revitalization, parks, conservations and recreation, arts and culture, and education.
